Jaimeearl does not test any of our products on animals, nor do we use animal-tested ingredients.
Jaimeearl ships via UPS and Fed Ex which cannot deliver to PO Boxes.

If your package was damaged in shipment, please contact us at info@jaimeearl.com. We will replace the damaged items and place a claim with the shipping carrier who will pick up and inspect the package.
Jaimeearl would like you to be satisfied with your purchase. Jaimeearl.com will only accept returns on items purchased through the website with a receipt and order number. To return or exchange a purchase please email customer service at info@jaimeearl.com within 7 days of receipt of your purchase to process its return or exchange. We are unable to accept used skin and body care products after that period. We will gladly replace any damaged or defective item immediately or refund your original purchase price. We are unable to refund the freight charges
