ORDER PROCESSING
Most orders are processed within 48 hours of receipt. Priority shipping orders received before 7:00am EST will be shipped the same day. Processing time does not include weekends, and orders placed on Friday after 7am EST, Saturday and Sunday will be processed the following Monday.

SHIPPING & HANDLING
Business Days: Monday - Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States, as well as the day after Thanksgiving.

Overnight and Second Day: Orders must be placed by 7am Eastern Standard Time (EST) to be processed on the same business day.

Shipping charges are based on order totals and Jaimeearl offers free shipping on all orders over $50, excluding tax (free shipping not valid on Alaska and Hawaii orders). Standard shipping takes approximately 5 business days. Second day and overnight delivery is available for an additional charge.

We can not deliver shipments to PO Boxes. Shipping and Handling Charges:
· Standard: $6 - Free shipping for orders over $50
· Second day: $19
· Overnight: $22

PAYMENT METHODS
Jaimeearl accepts the following credit cards: Visa, Mastercard and American Express.
· For security reasons your billing name and address must match that of the credit card used for payment.
· Jaimeearl cannot process any credit card with a billing address outside of the United States.
· All purchases require bank authorization prior to processing. Only authorized orders will be processed and shipped.

SALES TAX
Damon Aaron Inc. is required by law to collect sales tax on orders shipped to Georgia.

BACKORDERS & OUT OF STOCK
If you order a product that is currently out of stock, you will receive an email to let you know about it. We will advise you of the possible in stock date and request a confirmation for a backorder, exchange or cancel instructions.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Jaimeearl would like you to be satisfied with your purchase. Jaimeearl.com will only accept returns on items purchased through the website with a receipt and order number. To return or exchange your purchase or for any other order discrepancies, please email us at info@jaimeearl.com within 14 days of receipt of your purchase. We are unable to refund the freight charges and we cannot accept any used skin products after that period.
